COVID-19 Information

Dear customers,

The current situation has affected the Team and in response to this, we are endeavouring to run our day-to-day business as smoothly as possible - on the one hand to continue to provide you with beautiful decorations for birthdays and small celebrations, and on the other hand - to keep our company and the jobs of our employees running in the long term.

Of course, there have been changes in our work processes:

  • Our Warehouse employees are now working under reinforced hygiene measures.
  • New goods and returns now take up to one week to process - we therefore ask for a little more patience to process your returns. Refunds can currently take up to 14 days.
  • Our Customer Service, Marketing, Editing and Accounting Departments are working from home. Our Customer Service Team can be reached by phone or ticket without any restriction!

Due to a high order demand UPS & DHL are experiencing delays with deliveries. Please allow additional  days for your order to be delivered when planning for a party - just to be safe ;)
