1.1 Are sold-out products able to be re-delivered?

Our Logistics Centre receives extensive amounts of new orders on a daily basis. As a result, item availability can change by the hour. Just visit our Online Shop regularly for updates.

1.2 Why are some products available immediately while others are not?

The availability of items varies depending on incoming orders and goods deliveries which occur almost every minute, so that not all items are "immediately available". In addition, depending on the supplier, the delivery time of 2-4 working days may vary.

1.3 Do the delivery times differ depending on the item size, color, style?

The availability of items can change depending on the item variants such as size, color, pattern, style, etc. As a result, not all items on our website are 'immediately available' and depending on the choice of variants, the delivery time may be slightly delayed.

1.4 Are discounts available for frequent customers?

Of course, for larger purchase quantities by companies and business customers a discount is possible. Simply contact our B2B department via the contact form.

2.1 How do I place an order at Party365.com?

You can place your order hassle-free and with ease directly via our Online Shop. If you are new to online shopping, please read the following step-by-step guide for assistance.

Firstly, select the desired items in our Online Shop and add them to the shopping cart by clicking on the button "ADD TO BASKET". Afterwards, you have the possibility to continue shopping by clicking on "continue shopping" or by clicking on the button "View shopping basket" to view and revise your purchases (i.e. change quantities, add or delete items from the basket).

After you have clicked on the "CHECKOUT" button in the shopping cbasket, your customer data and address data are required. The entire ordering process takes place under secure SSL encryption.

Option 1 - Orders for existing customers
If you are already a Party365.com customer, you only need your e-mail address and your password. If you no longer have this information, you can use the " Forgotten password " function to retrieve this info.

Option 2 - Orders for new customers
After clicking on the "CHECKOUT" button, you can assign yourself a password when asked for your billing address. With this password and your e-mail address, a customer account is automatically created at Party365.com and you can conveniently log in to place place new orders. You can also save address data to streamline the ordering process e.g. multiple billing and delivery addresses). Having an account also lets you more easily track your orders, see discount promotions, and much more! 

Option 3 - Order for new customers without a customer account
As with option 2, you can also place an order without registering a customer account by selecting the option "Do not create a customer account" (default).

If necessary, by clicking on the checkbox "The delivery address deviates from the billing address" you can also specify a separate delivery address or PO Box to have the order sent to you, for example, to your company.

After you have entered your data or the billing address and, if necessary, a different delivery address, the order process is continued by clicking on the "CONTINUE" button. If you become stuck at any point, please note the error messages and notes. Your information may be incomplete or a field may still be empty. Should you encounter any problems, please contact our Customer Service Team.

In the next step (after clicking on the "NEXT" button), you can now select the desired method of payment / shipping method. Only the available payment methods and shipping methods will be displayed e.g. for UK orders UPS United Kingdom will be displayed. The available options depend on your delivery address (destination country). 

After clicking again on "NEXT" you will find a summary of your order i.e. the items you have selected, the billing address, the delivery address, payment method and selected shipping method. You can make changes at this point if need be. 

Once all personal data and items are correctly entered, you can complete the order by simply clicking on "BUY NOW" and will receive your order within the next 1-2 business days. After completing the order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation by e-mail. If not, then a confirmation email will be sent once the order has been shipped.  

2.2 Is there a minimum order value?

There is no minimum order value for all orders placed via Party365.com.

2.3 What payment methods are available and is my payment secure?

At the moment, you can pay in the Party365.com Shop with the payment methods Paypal and Credit Card (MASTERCARD, VISA & AMEX).

2.5 How can I redeem a voucher code?

If you have a voucher code, you can redeem it in the shopping basket. To do this, however, you must first visit the website / address https://www.party365.com/voucher to activate the voucher field. Next you need to enter your voucher code in the field "Enter voucher code" and then press the blue arrow button.

2.6 How are customs fees calculated?

If your delivery address is in Switzerland, Norway or Liechtenstein, additional customs duties will be incurred as part of your order.

2.7 What data is stored in the customer account? Is my data secure?

If you create a customer account when placing your order, we store your password as well as your billing and delivery address. All data is stored in encrypted form and protected against external access thanks to our SSL certificate. Party365.com meets the security standards of the credit card industry (PCI DSS). You can request information about the stored data or request its deletion at any time.

2.8 How can I cancel or change my order?

As long as your order has not yet left our logistics centre, you can edit it easily via our online portal. Change your billing or delivery address, cancel items - you can do all of this directly in the portal here: https://go.livario.com/. The cancellation or edit won't work? Then please contact our customer service team via our contact form. Our team can also change addresses or perform cancellations.

 

3.1 Why hasn't my order arrived?

Your order should be delivered to you within 2-4 working days and at the latest within one week (delay by duplicate order possible), via the shipping service UPS UK, depending on the items selected. Please note that the delivery time may increase depending on the item selection and destination address. Within your order confirmation you will have received an order number from us which you can use to log in to our portal to check how far your order has progressed. If you see that the order has already been shipped, you will find another email in your inbox with the tracking number for your package, which you can enter into UPS Tracking to track every step of the delivery. If you have not yet received a shipping confirmation or tracking number, you can always contact customer service and we will check the current status of your shipment. Please also check your spam filter settings / spam folder, as our shipping confirmation may have landed in there.

We ask for your patience and understanding as there is the possibility of seasonal delays (e.g. Halloween or Carnival). A punctual order prior to these events increases the probability of a on-time delivery.

3.2 I did not receive an order confirmation - what should I do?

You should receive an automatic email order confirmation from our system within 5-10 minutes of completing your order at Party365.com. Please also check your spam folder. If you have not received an order confirmation, you can always contact our customer service, and request a new order confirmation. You will also receive another E-Mail from us following the processing of your payment and the shippment of your order.

If you have paid using your PayPal account, you will receive an order confirmation of your payment exclusively from PayPal.

3.3 How do I know where my package is currently located?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. With this tracking number, you can track the status of your shipment via UPS UK.

3.4 What are the shipping costs?

We ship our products worldwide. You can retrieve the current shipping costs at any time at https://www.party365.com/shipping-costs.

3.5 Is there also an express shipping / express delivery?

We do not currently offer an express delivery service i.e. UPS Express for any orders outside of Germany. Standard shipping therefore applies. 

3.6 Can I also have my order delivered to another address?

Of course, we can also deliver your order to a different delivery address, such as your office or similar. Simply click on "The delivery address differs from the billing address" in the checkout. There you have the option of specifying a different delivery address.

3.7 Is it possible to agree on a requested delivery date?

3.8 Do you also deliver abroad?

YES! Party365.com ships worldwide. You can retrieve the current shipping costs at any time at https://www.party365.com/shipping-costs. In addition, when you choose the destination country, the shipping costs will update automatically. 

3.9 What happens if I am not at home when my package arrives?

If you are not at home when you receive your order, the package will be delivered to a neighbour or alternatively to a post office near you (you will receive a notification in the mailbox). We recommend choosing a delivery address that guarantees 100% availability / delivery. You can also select a different delivery address in the checkout and have the order sent to your office, for example.

4.1 How do I become a Party365.com customer?

If you order at Party365.com, you will have the opportunity to create a customer account with us. After completing the ordering process, you can log in with your e-mail address and a password of your choosing in the customer area of ​​Party365.com. Of course, our Customer Service Team can also record your data and create a customer account.

4.2 How can I change my name / address?

Until the order process is completed, you can always edit your name or your billing and delivery address. Once you have made your first order, you can easily edit your data in your customer account and add, edit or delete further billing and delivery addresses.

4.3 I have forgotten my username / password

If you have forgotten your access data for your customer account, you can request new access data by e-mail at any time by accessing the page https://www.party365.com/account/password. In case of problems our Customer Service Team is also available.

5.1 How do I return my order and who bears the costs?

Shipping costs will not be refunded in the event of revocation/cancellation. This also applies to the return costs. If you do not like an item for any particular reason, you can return it within 14 days (legal right of withdrawal). However, we ask you to return the goods completely and in their original packaging and thus in an unused and undamaged condition. Please note that any opened hygiene items such as Make-Up are excluded from a return.

The above recommendations are not a prerequisite for exercising your right of withdrawal. Please note: If you return several items, it may be possible that not all items are recorded and processed at the same time. Not to worry, these returns have not been lost, but will be processed separately.

5.2 How and when do I receive the money for my return?

As soon as we have received your return, you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have received this email, it usually takes 3-5 days for you to receive your refund. Between public holidays or during festival seasons this may take a few days longer. We therefore ask for your understanding! We will send the money back via the payment method you have chosen. This means that if you have paid with your credit card for example, the amount of your return will be credited to your credit card.

5.3 I have returned my order. Why is it taking so long for the money to be credited back to my account?

You will receive a confirmation email after processing your return. Normally, a refund will be made after processing the return within 2-5 working days. The refund will be credited to the form of payment you used when placing the order. Please check your payment source (Paypal, credit card statement, bank account, etc.) first. For busy seasonal periods, such as Halloween and Cologne Carnival, please be advised that the refund may be delayed by a few days. We therefore ask for your understanding.

5.4 What happens if my order contains defective or faulty items?

If you have received a defective item contrary to expectations, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately via Contact Form or by phone +49 41319279189. Of course you can make use of the legal warranty right. Our customer service will find a solution for each case and will exchange your defective item for free and without delay.

5.5 Will I receive a status message for my return?

As soon as we have processed your return, you will receive an automatic confirmation e-mail from us.
If you have not yet received a refund for your return, please contact us and let us know the tracking number of your return. Please always keep the UPS receipt to prevent the package from getting lost. With UPS, you can track whether your package has already arrived.

To check the status of your return, you can log in to our returns portal with your invoice number or order number and view all important information regarding your order.

5.6 What is the money back guarantee?

With a payment placed via the payment method Paypal, you receive a 100% money back guarantee by the Paypal buyer protection.
