Assembly: To inflate the balloon with air, use the included straw or a hand pump. A foil strip is located around the balloon that does not fill with air during inflation. This allows you to connect the balloons or attach them to smooth surfaces. We recommend using adhesive dots for assembly. Assembly instructions are available in the video below the product photo.
