With these Happy Birthday confetti balloons you get both in one. 6 transparent latex balloons are delivered with a pretty "Happy Birthday" lettering in gold. You will also receive a bag with 14g colorful tissue paper confetti , which can be easily filled into the balloons using the funnel provided. The balloons can then be filled with air or helium. Our tip: The confetti balloons are statically charged by rubbing against clothing or a piece of fabric, so that the confetti is evenly distributed on the inside.
